Friday, June 3, 2011:
Rehearsal - 5:30pm at The Park Church Beatties Ford Road
Rehearsal Dinner - following the Rehearsal (Rehearsal ends no later than 7:30pm)
Location: Hickory Tavern - 9010 Harris Corners Parkway, Charlotte, NC 28277

Saturday, June 4, 2011:
9:30am - Arrival at The Park Beatties Ford Road
Dress and Preparations occur at the church in Rooms 200 and 201
Wedding make-up - On Site Make-up Artist
Some photography will occur at this time

12:30pm - Ceremony begins promptly at 12:30pm
Photography immediately following ceremony

2:00pm - Reception - Charlotte Motor Speedway
Cocktail hour tentatively scheduled
3:00pm - Estimated Wedding Party Entrance
